Customization process:
● Find needs
Starting from the customer's idea, the customer tells WIWO their requirements, which can be a complete product solution or just a preliminary idea. If necessary, a mutual confidentiality agreement can be signed to protect intellectual property. Our engineers evaluate whether we can help you bring your idea or product to life.
● Communication and advice
We'll ask some relevant questions about your requirements and share your thoughts with our engineering team, allowing them to understand your company, goals, and products. Our engineers will then come up with some recommendations or targeted touch screen solutions for your program.
● Order and Design
Once an accepted proposal is received, the design and production prototype process begins once payment is made. Design will be technical and specific. Once approved, prototypes can be produced.
● Tests and samples
Our engineers tests whether the prototype works properly before being sent to the customer for retesting. If the client has other ideas, it is acceptable to change the design or revise the proposal. Once the prototype is approved, a final production proposal is submitted.
● Mass production
Once the sample is confirmed to be no problem, and the customer places a mass production order, we will invest 2-3 weeks for production, and the specific time needs to be evaluated according to the product size and process.
