1.Using sodium calcium glass material, a stable structure of "Glass Lens + ITO sensor + FPC" is constructed to ensure the durability of the touch screen in complex usage environments. The cover glass size is 112.78±0.2 * 74.68±0.2 mm, the thickness is 1.8±0.1 mm, and the thickness of the glass sensor is 0.55±0.05 mm. This combination results in an overall thickness of 2.55±0.15 mm, which is lightweight and thin, perfectly adapting to the strict space requirements of portable devices.

2.The touch screen supports multi-touch and can be flexibly customized according to purchasing needs. Equipped with the FT7311 model IC, it adopts the IIC interface type and 6 PIN FPC, with stable and efficient transmission. The light transmittance is ≥85%, presenting a clear and bright display effect; the surface hardness reaches 6H, effectively resisting scratches and wear during daily use. It can still operate stably in a working environment of -20℃ to +70℃ and a storage environment of -30℃ to +80℃. The humidity requirement is ≤90% RH, suitable for various climate conditions and working scenarios. The working voltage and interface voltage range from 2.8 V to 3.3 V, with low energy consumption and energy conservation.
